1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Marginox platform ("Service"), operated by Marginox ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Marginox is a software-as-a-service analytics platform that provides mathematical odds analysis, edge extraction, margin optimization, and promo conversion tools. The Service delivers quantitative insights based on publicly available data and proprietary analytical models. All outputs are the result of mathematical calculations and statistical modelling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at info@marginox.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account to any third party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Billing

Marginox is offered as a monthly subscription at the rate displayed at the time of purchase (currently $97 USD per month). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your designated payment method until you cancel.

• Billing cycles begin on the date of your initial subscription and renew on the same date each month.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' prior written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share outputs or analytics generated by the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, provincial, national, or international law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, models, design elements, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Marginox or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial analytical purposes only.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Marginox is a mathematical analytics tool. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analytical output.
• Any particular financial outcome. Mathematical edge calculations represent theoretical values based on available data and do not guarantee real-world results.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made using information provided by the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marginox and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Marginox in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7 through 9 survive termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
